After reading a lot of small software companies, I found that my boss is about to succeed: I have a relatively stable entrepreneurial team and the team members are properly matched, ability to stand alone.
It is difficult for a small software company to grow up if only the boss is dedicated, there must be candidates who have a focus on technology, sales, and enterprise management. Generally, enterprise management mainly studies how to retain and train people, how to work with employees to get out of the initial entrepreneurial period, while the other two must be people with technical characteristics, whether in management development, project implementation, or service, should be a good player, the customer's reputation is based on such a little bit. Of course, with the service guarantee, we have to have excellent sales personnel in front of us. In this case, sales are the "Cash bull" of the company's revenue, which can protect the income of all employees in the company. A small company may start with a three-carriage drive, which will be followed by some other personnel. However, these three companies should be able to hold on without any help, and the company will always have a day of success.
At the same time, if there is no such candidate, the boss must start to train such a person during the entrepreneurial period. At the 10th anniversary celebration I saw several companies, employees with the "Ten-year contribution award" were able to pull around, and I was surprised to find that the number of employees with ten years of service is proportional to the company's turnover, the larger the number of employees, the better the company's performance, does not make people feel the strength of the IT industry team.
The same example: in an IT company that has been operating for eight years, it is faced with the situation that the number of people is constantly losing. The boss is a technical source and developers are not willing to let go, because software code is the life of the company, the boss has to write a program every day at to rest. After the development took a lot of time for the boss, I always wanted to find a proper developer to take over some of my non-core code development, but I still found that I could not find the right candidate, one is because it is not reliable, the other is because it cannot be reached technically, and the third is because the price Code cannot be negotiated. There is also sales, because of the relationship between the boss and the reputation in the industry, it has been not worried about the lack of projects, but a year the company can only do such a number of projects, the company's income can be said to be very light, that is, only the company's staff can live. At the sales level, the customer is also the core resource and has to be put on his own. Therefore, if the boss is unable to manage it, only the boss is responsible for it. However, if the boss is not responsible for sales, naturally, there has not been much progress, so the company has been continually recruiting new people, training new people and losing people. So far, the company has not been growing enough for many years. Looking back, we can find that all the people we recruited can stand alone and become the elites of the same company, in addition, in some projects, these people have been robbed of orders, and they have become the "Huangpu Military School". Unfortunately, the people they train are not used by their own companies.
Therefore, from the two cases above, if a developing enterprise can solve the problem of employee turnover and build a core team of the company, the company has a great possibility of success.
