During the system planning period, I also need to learn more about the company's internal organizational relationships, various company management processes, and project management processes. Understanding the company's internal organizational relationships helps you avoid detours when looking for resources in the future; understanding the company's management processes, such as the expense reimbursement process, travel process, and induction process, it also helps to integrate personnel and fee management in the company and the future. The main purpose of the project management process is to understand whether the company has a mature management system and project management document template.
The relationship with the local Sales Manager Jiang is also very important. After all, he has established and operated a good customer relationship and is familiar with the internal relationship and project operation mechanism of the company, in terms of project organization and promotion, and in the future when the project may face difficulties, it will not play a role for technicians. Of course, there will always be contradictions in the cooperation process. If you want to work together for a long time, you should first understand your partner. Manager Jiang belongs to a typical salesperson who is not very old, but is particularly good at guiding topics and summing up, and is also good at avoiding and resolving conflicts, which is exactly what I admire.
Through the introduction of Mr. Jiang, I met Manager Wang, the business project manager in charge of the project in ningtai company. Next, I want to know the technical project manager in charge of the project. It is strange that Xin is a nominal project manager, and Cheng is the actual project manager. Manager Xin is relatively young, has a short start time, and has weak experience in technology and project management. He is pulled to the project as a technical project manager for the purpose of exercise. Manager Cheng is always a heavy-duty and intelligent, he is also proficient in systems, hardware, networks, and databases, and has established good relationships with our company, therefore, during the system planning period, I mainly asked Cheng manager about the technical architecture selection basis of ningtai and the overall planning ideas of ningtai on the system architecture.
