Before starting a project, you must determine the project requirements. Project Quality Management is an activity that you need to perform in all activities-from the product concept stage to the release stage-with your product quality assurance.

The quality stage in project management can be divided into five parts: initiation process, planning process, execution process, control process and ending process. When the project overcomes the difficulties and obstacles and passes through each process group, you need a system to check the process quality of the project. This system is verified. For example, a project that develops applications for an enterprise has several milestones in its implementation process.
