Of course, everyone may have a scale in their minds, and different bosses may have different criteria for judging them. However, we should consider this from another perspective: are customers satisfied with us? What is the key to satisfying our customers? It is necessary to solve the problems the customer is facing! What problems do customers face?Customer pain points!
As a developer, We need to serve many customers, including customers who use our products externally, demand analysts, operators, QA testers, technical support staff, customer service staff, and our bosses, these are the objects we want to serve. How can we serve these completely different types of customers? If you adopt the same method, you will certainly encounter many problems, because these customers face different pain points. Only the right remedy can achieve good results;
