I suddenly found that I haven't written a blog here for a long time.
Busy, unified, and unchanged excuses. Haha.
Over the past one or two years, I have increasingly felt sad about IT practitioners. It cannot be said too much.
The current project is getting harder and harder to work.
It takes a long time for a project to operate, and sometimes it takes several years. It may take half a year for a short period of time. The quota of the list may not be large. However, the customers we face are Nb.
Some people say this is the seller's market. But don't think about it. If it violates objective rules, can we have good results.
Informatization projects are the product of comprehensive knowledge and can be better accomplished only with the wisdom of multiple people. It costs a lot of manpower and material resources. If an information-based project has an overall investment, the basic cost cannot be solved. We can imagine what the final result of such an information project is. This is also the main reason why we have achieved little success in informatization every year.
In an era where selfishness is too heavy, there is private everywhere, and there is a door that cannot be told everywhere. If you cannot see it clearly, it will be difficult. Maybe I am too pessimistic, but anyone who experiences it will feel it.
Now many projects know who won the bid before formal bidding. It's really sad. Sometimes I wonder why some people are so bold. It is understandable to select a good supplier, but you must achieve a more objective for this matter. But .... Haha.
The vague requirements of the users, the parameters for the supervision with a certain purpose, and various unknown monsters occasionally come out for chaos, the implementation of a project will turn a group of pure it silk into socialization. In fact, we only want to do a good job in technology, just want to do a good job in the project, just want to make our efforts more valuable.
But where is our value? More importantly, it is not to be respected, but to degrade the value.
