1) Publish
Publish the product of the current module and the parsed descriptor (the delivered Ivy file).
The purpose of this task is to release the current module descriptor and its declared release products into the warehouse.
All products must be created before this task is called. It does not create products on its own, but only expects to find them where the regular expression of the product is located.
The target warehouse is given by the name of the parser declared in the current Ivy settings. Consult the settings file to get the details of the parser support product release.
Also publish the delivered Ivy file (unless you do not want to) and even deliver it if the Ivy file is not delivered on the last delever call or the Forcedeliver is set to true. This is why this task has a lot of parameters that are useful only for deliver. Look at the following illustration:
