J2EE e-government portal system

The government is the largest information owner and the largest information technology user in the whole society. It is used to establish an effective and scalable e-government system, it can help the government develop towards a more diligent, streamlined, honest, and efficient direction. E-Government will achieve four directions of government affairs application: information unification, office automation, openness of government affairs, and scientific management. Through one-stop management and services, the functions and office efficiency of government departments will be improved, better serve the country and the people.
The entire e-government system can be divided into two parts based on requirements: Integrated Portal system and government system. The former is a window for the public to facilitate business or public affairs through the portal system; the latter can be used to establish an efficient coordination system for information sharing and automatic operation of affairs processes within the government.
E-government systems are a complex and complex system that involves many functions and specific requirements. The more such a huge project is, the more a general architecture design is required, by incorporating hundreds or even thousands of specific functions into an overall framework, e-government systems can become scalable, dynamically scalable, maintainable, and controllable benign systems.
Requirement Analysis
The portal system is the basis of the entire e-government system, reflecting the basic idea of the government serving the people. The social needs drive the operation of government machines, the Figure 7-1 shows the importance of the portal system in the e-government system:

In Figure 7-2, the portal system is the front-end of e-government. The government can publish one-way information through the news content management system, which is oriented to the public; the public submits information that requires government services through the online service interaction function, and submits such service requests to the specialized department system through a special interface system, if coordination between multiple levels or upper and lower levels is required, a dedicated coordination and supervision system will be used for tracking, one of the goals of the system design is to ensure that the information that each society requests for government services can be tracked and located at any time. This is similar to the logistics company's goods, the link at which the goods are, this information can be immediately queried by the public, thus serving as a social supervision of the government's work efficiency.
As a government decision-making institution, you can learn about the implementation and feedback of some policies from the government affairs private network system, so as to provide good data support for policy revision and decision-making assistance. Through the decision support system, decision-making leaders can be freed from transactional work, and more time and energy can be spent on thinking and designing decisions to promote social progress, at the same time, we can promptly discover and correct some unrealistic policies and policies.
The government affairs system is a constantly expanding system and is the core function of the system. The portal system is the "interface performance" part of the government affairs private network system, such a structure is very suitable for the application requirements of mainstream B/S Technologies.
Therefore, on the surface, the portal system and government affairs belong to two different systems. In fact, they can be integrated into a unified framework system for unified design. The main idea is: the portal system is mainly designed with Web technology, while the government system is designed as a functional component system.
