Joint production of the Science paper with WPS and Scienceword

The powerful union is one of the trends of modern software. WPS is the leader of word processing software, and Scienceword is more advanced and efficient in graphic editing and formula editing. By using practice, the graphics and formulas made in Scienceword can be copied directly into WPS using in the editing state. With it, the complex graphics are not afraid of.

Now take WPS2010 and ScienceWord6.0 as an example to explain how to use WPS and Scienceword Joint production of science papers.

1. Preparatory work.

First verify that you have WPS2010 and Scienceword 6.0 two software installed on your computer.

2. Set Quiz paper template.

Start WPS text, create a blank document, design a good test paper layout. In general, the test papers for school exams are set up as follows:

① page settings (including paper size, margins, orientation, columns, etc.)

② Insert Seal Line (you can use the "Paper seal line" plugin provided by WPS)

③ Insert Page number (column page number to insert field first, then select the corresponding page number field)

④ Insert Quiz Head (Exam category, subject, time, total score and precautions, etc.)

If you want to one-step, then please switch to "home", in the Search box type "paper", WPS will also provide a number of ready-made test paper template for you to choose from. You can call the template by double-clicking it. As shown in Figure 1.

3. Test entry.

(1) If your manuscript is handwritten, according to the original text typing input section (the place to draw the graphic blank).

(2) If your manuscript is extracted online, call "tool → text Tool" to the text format for the standard processing.

4. Make formulas and graphs.

This step is the most time-consuming, for simple formulas, graphics, WPS can invoke the Formula Editor and drawing tools directly produced, as shown in Figure 2.

If it is a complex formula, graphics, we can call the SW to make.

4.1 Freehand drawing with brushes

Figure 3 is a classic math problem (Yulin 2010 math problem).

① start SW, click "Circle" on the "Geometric Drawing toolbar" and draw a circle at some point, as shown in Figure 4.

② Draw Tangent mn, click the Line tool, move the brush to the circle just painted, appear "adsorbed to the Circle" hint, hold down shift right and drag to draw a horizontal line, release the left mouse button, the prompt, of course, select "Tangent", as shown in Figure 5 (Small tip: If you find this line is not very level, you can catch it. The tangent point on the circle, drag it until satisfied. Then draw this tangent line, which is very simple, the mouse point it, the toolbar will appear smart tips, point "line of extension", both ends automatically add dotted line. But as long as we have one, delete the dashed line, and then double-click, in the pop-up dialog box to change the dotted line ok. As shown in Figure 6.
