Software Overview

Wifite is an automated WEP, WPA, and WPS cracking tool that does not support windows and OSX. Wifite features that it can attack multiple networks encrypted by WEP and WPA at the same time. Wifite can run automatically with simple configuration without manual intervention. Currently supportedAny Linux release, Backtrack 5 R1, blackbuntu, backbox, Kali (default), cdlinux.

Installation Method:

Wget https://raw.github.com/derv82/wifite/master/wifite.py
Chmod + x wifite. py
./Wifite. py

Python wifite. py-H // you can view detailed help information, or wifite -- Help
Directly running Python wifite. py will scan all wireless devices. If you only want to crack WEP encryption, you only need Python wifite. py-WEP. The same is true for WPA and WPS.

The wireless network list will appear after running.

We can see the encryption method, signal strength, and other information.

After scanning, press Ctrl + C to enter the wireless network to be cracked. You can also enter all to crack all wireless networks.

Note:: Dictionary loading is required. If not, create or download the dictionary.

After cracking, the PIN code and key will appear.

 

Here you can choose to specify the WPS to be cracked, or you can choose all to crack, and wait after the input is complete... (WPS cracking is similar to Reaver)
WEP, WPA, and WPS are similar. You can also specify a dictionary to crack WPA.
The only highlight of this tool is its support for batch cracking. I feel inferior to aircrack-ng in other cases. However, fully-automated and foolish attacks are suitable for new users.
