Just a brother/sister (because I do not know so I can not confirm) sent me an email, asked the question, the following is his/her letter:
These days I heard that some of the FTP can be used. But I use cuteftp or FLASHFXP to go to the last step to get the list, or the command line to display the list but not see where the list is.
I was a rookie, today on the Gu Lang saw someone said to turn off the feat, someone said to turn off Skynet. I didn't open Skynet, I don't know what it means. It's been a long time or not. Please enlighten me!
Here is a brief explanation of the role of the feat command.
The feat command is used to request the FTP server to list all of its extended commands and extensions (I just read, do not know whether there is no understanding of the wrong, English rotten if said wrong welcome to Pat Bricks).
If you are interested in this command, refer to http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2389.html (English, if English is the same as mine)
But this command is not all of the FTP server support, for our clients to resolve the following methods:
1. Use FLASHFXP, well, again to promote the FLASHFXP, my favorite ( except my wife).
Point "Site"--"site manager" or simply press the shortcut key "F4", and then select the site you want to change the settings, point "option", "Site does not support feat command" before the hook removed. OK exit.
2. Use CuteFTP. No way, although I hate it, but in order to satisfy the public's hobby (I know many people use it) had to temporarily download a installed.
Point "tool"--"global options" or directly press the shortcut key "Alt+f7", point "connection" to "login to determine the function of the support to send feat command" before the hook removed.
3. Other FTP client software. Sorry, you go to toss it, I'm tired, now it's two o'clock in the morning half.
