This problem has plagued me for nearly half a year. In most cases, draw a picture in Visio, convert it to EPS, and insertArticle. The result is not displayed in the DVI file. Sometimes it cannot be displayed in the generated PDF. If you encounter this problem and read this article, you are blessed.
How to generate an EPS image
1. Drawing in Visio
2. Select print, select Adobe PDF, and select print to file.
3. Select "properties". The Adobe PDF settings tab. To remove the option, only the system font is used.
4. layout tab, advanced, document options, and postscript output options: Change 'optimize speed' to 'embedded postscript ss'
5. OK. The save file dialog box is displayed. The file name is Fig. PS.
6. Use gsview to open fig. ps, select the menu, file, PS to EPS, select Dynamic Calculation boundary, and save
7. Success
If you follow the above steps and the image is still not displayed when DVI or PDF is generated, it is a problem in your viso drawing. My problem is that there are characters in the text box of viso, and the result cannot be displayed normally. I can remove it. Amazing ·~~
Hope you are better than me ~
