If you have a development position, you must have completed complex projects. At least, you can demonstrate your capabilities when talking about the project experience. We focus more on programming capabilities (converting ideas into code and debugging code) and analyzing and solving the problem. A development post will have a round of written examination first. If you have any resistance, you should have never read this article. However, I have interviewed countless candidate users, and I have no one to visit.
UNIX/C is necessary. If you have rich development experience on the UNIX platform, but the development content does not actually have any relationship with Unix-those codes can be used without being changed to Windows-then we are not particularly welcome. That is to say, we hope that your work experience will be relatively moderate and low-level, and you will have a lot of direct dealings with the OS. We are not very welcome to have only worked on Application Layer projects, but only used packaged functions.
This is a key issue. According to previous resumes and interviews, most candidates are planted on this point. So I want to clarify it here. The candidate's work experience should reflect at least one of the following knowledge points (not all ):
Raw Device Used
Know at least five grep Parameters
Know how to specify the priority of a process
Know the concept of user permissions and what is umask?
Know at least 10 Signal
Understand the concepts of big end and Small End
How is the memory managed by the operating system?
Know what xdr_long is.
More advanced:
Familiar with libsocket and direct programming
Familiar with IPC, such as shared memory and Message Queue
In addition to pthread's create and join operations, pthread_attr _*()
Familiar with the difference between stack and stack
Read the core without symbol
Our interview will be very detailed, and we don't know the above knowledge-they just help to explain what is "dealing with the underlying operating system ". Therefore, it is no longer necessary to temporarily stick to your feet. Even if you don't know any of them, we still welcome your familiarity with the underlying knowledge of the operating system. In other words, these questions are just an example to help us understand our requirements.

English has requirements, but it is not very high. It is enough to use mail to communicate smoothly with Americans and to communicate with each other. The interview will be conducted in English, whether fluent or not. If the English Q & A cannot be completed, you will not be hired. Of course, if you are fluent in English and can write well, it will be a strong plus.

We would rather have a medium capacity, but we can work for more than four years (preferably forever, but we all know it is difficult). We do not want to have a cool man but leave for a year.
Foreign companies bring their core technologies like tuxedo to China. Most of the code of the Product Family (except for security algorithms prohibited by American law) can be freely accessed and modified by Chinese engineers. I believe there are not many such technologies, the Product Trend, project initiation, schedule, development, testing, and documentation are all completed in China.
Tuxedo is a very good product. You can Google its reputation. Tuxedo has a very high market share and is absolutely dominant in the transaction middleware market under Unix. Many customers are the top 500 in the world, especially key applications of key enterprises in the Financial and telecom fields. At work, you may often encounter the following situation: the project you are working on is tailored for swift; or, Verizon proactively requires that our product have a certain function, so we will allow you to establish a project on a temporary basis.
Tuxedo has a very high technical level, and the first year or two has to be in the learning stage, making it difficult to play a key role. This is why we don't want to stay for only one year.
Although Oracle has a general salary, working in the tuxedo group is a great value-added process for engineers. Every engineer who leaves the company is reluctant to give up on this product and acknowledges that he has learned a lot from it.
