The use of drive motors and control motors in industry or in life:

(1) The common servo motor in NC machine tool. Whether closed loop or semi-closed loop, CNC machine tools to achieve speed, position and torque detection and control, has reached a higher accuracy requirements. Moreover, the servo motor has the characteristics of strong adaptability, high stability and good dynamic performance, which is suitable for the high-speed and precise reaction of CNC machine tools.

(2) The stepper motor used by the printer. The step distance and speed of stepping motor are not affected by voltage fluctuation, ambient temperature and load change, but only with pulse frequency. By changing the pulse frequency, the speed of the motor can be precisely adjusted in a wide range. The stepper motor for open-loop control can greatly simplify the control system. The stepper motor drives the mechanical structure movement, which can easily change the printing state.

(3) Brushless DC permanent magnet motors for household appliances such as washing machines and air conditioners. This kind of motor has high efficiency, low noise, and can be combined with electronic controller to carry out stepless speed regulation. Although it is controlled by electronic controller, its good performance at low speed makes it popular with household appliances.

(4) is interested in the future direction of motor development is bound to be high-speed, high reliability, high intelligence, long life, low noise, low vibration, energy consumption, small volume, brushless and combination. In order to achieve these high requirements under the premise of performance, we must make continuous progress in technology and materials.
