I. Question proposal
Access and Outlook data are suddenly destroyed and cannot be opened
When access is enabled, the Microsoft Jet Database Engine stops the process because you and other users attempt to change the same data at the same time ."
The PST file of outlook is broken.
Word and Excel files lost due to power failure
Ii. Problem Analysis
These are all unsolved problems. both access and Outlook data have capacity limits. Outlook cannot exceed 1 GB, and access is not specific to the large capacity at which it suddenly breaks down.
If Excel does not have the word auto-saving function, the power loss will inevitably lead to no data, and a large amount of Excel will also crash there
Word is good, but it is not absolute. Hidden cached files can be read, sometimes a bunch of garbled characters.
Iii. Problem Solving
1. the CTRL + S shortcut key combination is habitually pressed, at least to ensure that the loss of power will not be great
2. Regular quantitative backup and convenient indexing with time series titles. Even if data is lost, a considerable amount of data can be found out without worrying about fixing software.
3. Use Microsoft's own repair software for repair, but the effect is not necessarily good.
4. Use third-party software for repair, but there is no absolute guarantee.
