Of course, one server will not be able to get all 10 m, so each server has a peak limit, for example, if a server is limited to 4 MB, it will not be able to grab 4 MB, and the remaining 6 MB will be snatched from the other 9 servers. Is it possible to grab 4 MB for one server? Maybe, but when several other networks are not busy, if everyone is busy, then everyone may not be able to grab 4 m, maybe around 1 m, so if it is shared, the specific amount of bandwidth that can be provided to you is inaccurate. It depends on the competition.
