Links to text boxes

Finish the header, it's time to talk about the article. For the flexibility of the layout and the accuracy of typesetting, the article generally adopted a text box to achieve. At present, the WPS text does not support the column in the text box, therefore, for the article divided into multiple columns, we have to find another way. My solution is to use multiple text boxes to complete the entry of an article. So there's a problem: text boxes are not related to each other, and if the text in the previous box is adjusted, the back is adjusted so that the emendation article becomes very cumbersome. Here, we want to use a very useful function-link text box. When we select a text box, the WPS Office2007 text automatically pops up a text box toolbar (see Figure 1), which cannot be paged out from view, but only automatically when we select the text box, and it disappears automatically when no text box appears.

We look at the Text Box toolbar is very simple, only 5 buttons, from left to right is "create a text Box link", "Disconnect forward link", "Previous text box", "Next text box" and "Change text direction." In addition to change text direction, all 4 other buttons are related to the link text box feature.

Well, gossip less, now let us come to this function to achieve the bar effect bar. Take the front page headlines, "conscientiously fulfill their responsibilities and people's trust" as an example, the title of the message with a common text box to achieve, set the font size, do not have to say more. The key is the handling of the message body.

The first step, insert a text box, adjusted size, about 1/4 of the message body layout, and set other properties, the key here is the text box "line Color" set to "Wireless bar Color", "internal spacing" set to "0".

The second step, the first step to do a good copy of the text box paste 3 copies, so that 4 text boxes lined up, to be neat, you can select the 4 text boxes at the same time, click draw → align or distribute → Bottom align in the Drawing toolbar, and then do the drawing → align or distribute → landscape distribution (figure 2). After this setting, the 4 text boxes are neatly lined up.

In the third step, select the 1th text box, and then click "Create a text Box link" On the Text box toolbar, and you will find that the mouse becomes the shape of a mouth cylinder.

Link, move the mouse over the 2nd text box, and the jar becomes slanted, like something pouring into the 2nd text box.

Link, at this point in the 2nd text box, click the left mouse button, that is, complete the 1th, 2 text Box link, and then use the same method to link the following text box to the previous text box.

Fourth step, enter text in the 1th text box, when the 2nd text box is full, the following text will automatically go to the 2nd text box, and so on, until the 4th text box.
