Solution:

The first step: Create a new folder named "23.0.0.185" under the home/.config/google-chrome/pepperflash/folder.

Note: If there is no. config file in the home folder, press Ctrl+h to display the hidden file.

Second step: Open Click to open the link to download the Flash plugin, the file name is flash_player_ppapi_linux.x86_64.tar.gz.

The third step: Unzip the flash_player_ppapi_linux.x86_64.tar.gz file, put the extracted files into the home/.config/google-chrome/pepperflash/23.0.0.185 folder,
