Add Windows Resources counters

Prerequisites: This machine uses administrator privileges to connect to the server machine to be monitored. There are two ways of doing this:

A NET use//host ip/ipc$ "[Password]"/user: "username"

Example: net use //10.10.100.17/ipc$ "[Password]"/user: "Administrator"

Note: I entered the password at the beginning, but can not connect, and then remove the password, enter the command return, the system prompts to enter the password, this way to connect.

1: In the Available graphic list, select the counters you want to add Windows resources, double-click or open, and display them on the right.

2: Right-click in the Windows Resources window on the right and select Add measurement to eject the Windows Resources dialog box. As pictured.

3: In the Windows Resources dialog box, add the server you want to monitor. Click Add to eject the Add Machine dialog box. In the Name edit box, enter the IP or machine name of the server machine. The platform list selects the operating system of the server machine. If the connection succeeds after the machine is added, resource measurements on: The default monitor metric item is displayed in the list box, and if not enough you can click Add to continue adding the indicator.

Adding Oracle Counters

1: With Windows resources step.

2: Open the Oracle counter indicator add box, monitored server machines-add add Oracle servers, as shown in figure:

A Add machine Name: Add Machine dialog box with Oracle Server, name edit box, custom. This is not the same as Windows resources, where you must enter the host IP address.

B Connect machine: In the Oracle logon dialog box, enter the Oracle username and password, as well as the Oracle service name, in Oracle name, enter the connection string in the Oracle client configuration file Tnsnames.ora. Click "OK" after the following interface, the user added Oracle monitoring indicators. Select in the Object list and click Add to the Resources measurements list (add multiple words to repeat the action), note: Add is not displayed in the Resources measurements list, Close will not show up until later.
