Dazhui point

The great vertebral point is located between the seventh cervical spine and the First Thoracic Spine.

In other words, place your head down a little forward and touch the most prominent bone at the back of your neck with your right hand, that is, the 7th cervical spine. The gap at the bottom of this area is the great vertebral point.

Sometimes there are more than one most prominent bone. At this time, you can touch the protrusion with your hands, slightly raise your head and bow your head (do not move your shoulders and only move your head and neck), you will find that some of the protruding points will be moving, some do not move, the number of protruding points will be cervical spine. You only need to find the bottom of the protruding point.

On the other hand, the Dazhui point is above the shoulder line.

Yingxiang point

The eyes face up and the center of the eyes are straight down, and you can pick up points in the smile lines of both sides of the nostrils at about five points (1/2 width of the thumb.
