For Python 3:

$ python3-m pip Install Locustio

I have installed python3,windows locally to open the command line, enter PIP install Locustio to start the installation automatically. The time is not short, because not only installs the Locustio, also can install requests, flask and so on dependent library. (the first installation error notification, XXXX, re-install the latest Python can be installed properly).

Installation complete the input locust--help or locust-v can display the corresponding information to indicate that the installation was successful.
