In addition to the ps command or query port, the Process status can be confirmed by checking related logs. If the process log settings are reasonable, the log file should contain the process information, including the processed data and exceptions. Because the log file is written, the log timestamp is updated accordingly. By monitoring whether the log file is refreshed, you can check whether the process has any errors, such as process suspension and client connection failure, the database is disconnected.
In our supported applications, we also used to check whether the log update date is consistent with the system date to determine whether the process is normal. According to the check results, most of the processes can be checked in this way. There are some non-"active" processes: processes without data to be processed, their logs are not updated for many days, so some additional configuration files are added to this configuration file, and these files are ignored during the check.
From the running status, the effect is good.
