But in the running these songs are annoying, they can not match their own pace. Especially in the second half of the run, in the case of dogs, these music sounds like noise.
Until once, just a song with my pace exactly match, I finally realized what is refreshing: my every step on the ground is just falling on the music drums, as if I and all around the resonance! At this point, I began to focus on BPM and collect related songs.

Question 2: What are the benefits of choosing a song with BPM?
Sahara: The biggest benefit is that it makes you feel better. Other effects are: motivate, make you feel tired when running, guide and drive your speed with BPM rhythm, monitor your speed with BPM without speed measurement, and make running more efficient ......
If you have a habit of running and listening to songs before, BPM will add more fun; If you don't like running and listening to music before, maybe BPM will make you like it.

Question 5: Is there only one BPM value for me?
Sahara: According to my own experience, your normal pace of the corresponding BPM value in the upper and lower five range can be. For example, I calculated my BPM to be 161 according to the formula, and then found that there was no pressure from 156 to 166 in the range. The result of the formula is not absolute guidance, it can be tested in the actual process of the most suitable for their own.

Question 6: Why do you offer music from BPM140? There is also a folder is bpm80-85, what does this mean?
Sahara: BPM140, the corresponding pace in the 13min/km, I think this speed is not running, but walking. So the direct ignore under 140 (except 80-85 range).
What does that bpm80-85 mean? The BPM value of a song is represented in two ways: X and X/2.  A song with a BPM of 164 can be represented as 164/82.  All my songs BPM values are measured by software, but the software detects only one value, and you don't know if it's X or X/2. I can only do a series of troubleshooting: BPM100 above is certainly x;100 the following assumptions are X/2, then its true BPM is multiplied by 2.bpm80-85 may correspond to the bpm160-170, the pace is 7min-4min, can meet the needs of most of the running friends.

Question 7: Where did your song come from? How does bpm add to that?
Sub-Saharan: a small portion of their own previously collected, a small portion from QQ music, the vast majority from NetEase cloud music with the "BPM" "running" label of the song list(these songs are all downloaded by me, so you don't have to work hard to search for running music.)。 And the sound quality is CD quality, the size of a song is basically around 10M.
After downloading good music, I used BPM analysis software to analyze the BPM of each song, and then import it into the music file renaming software Mp3tag to change the song's file name. （Note that it is a filename, not a song title-so when playing in a player such as a phone/mp3, the title of the non-BPM value is still displayed. about how to let the player display the file name, you can own Baidu）

Question 10: Why are there many ranges of songs, some of which have few songs? And most of them are English songs?
Sahara: The distribution of songs is not the same, very fast and very slow are very few, most of them are still good. This leads to different types of songs that are owned by various BPM segments. At the same time, it is also related to my incomplete sampling and insufficient accumulation.
