Therefore, the efficiency can be simplified to the following formula:
tbs= size of the transfer block (table 7.1.7.2.1-1)
crc= the number of bits that are attached for error checking =24
Re= the number of resource elaments to the Pdsch or Pusch channel (think of all re, 90% for shared channels)
Bits per re= modulation order

If ENB assigns the Pusch transmission according to CQI: MCS index=20,2 a RB. Then there are:
1) Table 7.1.7.1-1,tbs index=18
2) Table 7.1.7.2.1-1 calculate TBS (transfer block size, unit bits)
3) Calculate Code rate
Bits per re= modulation order = (MCS index=20) 6-Step =6
4) Calculation efficiency
