The Conference addresses real-world issues and long-term planning from the product perspective of Big data (Internet of things, cloud storage, real-time online analytics, etc.), including: The overall framework, the technology involved, the practical issues that are addressed, the product line, and so on, and we have also started discussions to avoid behind closed doors. Although I did not speak, I spoke in the form of a blog about my views and feelings (not just the content of the meeting):
1. What time are we in?
I went through the modulation and demodulation communication era to the network cable fiber communication era of the transition period, from 300 baud rate to higher communication rate of the development process, the Internet technology to the industrial sector conduction process. Whether Germany's industry 4.0, or China's 2025, are facing the development of a more technical system, perhaps the industrial Internet, perhaps called the IoT. Major companies are building IoT, cloud services and other platforms, all based on top-down design. The Internet of things, cloud storage, and online analytics are three different parts of a system. At the core of the IoT phase is the issue of protocol, and no company has the ability to replace equipment and sensors uniformly, thereby unifying protocol standards (Superio and Serversuperio are the communication frameworks that address different protocol integrations). Now the situation is that the three parts of IoT, storage, analysis are different companies are doing, it is difficult to have a company to do all three parts. Will there be a uniform standard for the internet of things? Industry standards may be larger, but the introduction of the national standard is difficult, the reason is very simple: 1. There are experts in the industry, but there are few experts who know all the industry, unless we sit down and talk, time will be very long. 2. The industry has its particularity, it is difficult to be highly unified, and has universality. For the transition period of the development of the Times, everyone's starting line is the same. In a war of chaos, there is opportunity.
2. What is our foundation?

No matter who is right or wrong, it is difficult to make big data and Internet of things in the industrial field. So now there are a large number of big data platforms in all walks of life, thinking change, solve practical problems, landing executable, Profit/value model clear, meet these four conditions are not many. Dry industrial Big data, the Internet of things on the requirements of people is also relatively high, to have an industrial base, preferably on-site experienced people, to have Internet technology-related knowledge, preferably have practical experience of the people. One is to meet the grassroots construction to be stable, and second, to meet the high-level construction to be efficient. Not just the concept of a full stack developer.
3. Where is our future?
Although the economic environment is not good, the body withered, overcapacity, industrial enterprises are depressed ..., but I still bullish on the industrial sector, including agriculture. There is less contact in the field of automation and control, and the information and management system is relatively backward. A start of the international well-known ERP manufacturers, tens of thousands of prices, not in line with national conditions, lack of customization. Domestic brand enterprises occupy a share, other small and medium-sized enterprises can still survive in the cracks, the project-oriented custom development. But the market is not a virtuous circle, industrial enterprises are not profitable, the lowest bid, manufacturers are very difficult to do the project, let alone the product. Some enterprises on a set of information or management system is basically equipment, the top downward pressure, the bottom feeling is not practical. For the Chinese market, the lack of fist-grade products, but also high-input, high-risk industries, need to be quasi-market, to find the right entry point. It's a chatter!!! Our recruitment:
