If the publication fails, click to view the log, basically is the SQL error, check the following points:

1. If the database firewall is down or if the firewall column is set, the SQL storage FQDN in the topology can be ping, and the FQDN 1433 port of Telnet SQL is OK

2. Currently the Lync Server installation user has SQL administrator rights and must be a sysadmin

3. Open SQL Server Configuration Manager, locate SQL Server network configuration, and see if TCP/IP is not enabled
