First step:
Start Word2013, first draw a 3 row 4 column table, to enter some textual information, we want to set an alternative Drop-down button in the cell to the right of sex, move the cursor to this cell, click the menu Bar-development tool, and select the Drop-down Content list control in the control's function group.
Step Two:
At this point, the cell to the right of sex inserts the Drop-down Content list control that we just added. We click on the menu bar--"development tools," the property button inside the control function group to make the relevant settings.
Step Three:
Pop-up content Control Properties dialog box, first we change the title, type "pull down select", and then delete the item in the Drop-down List property box.
Fourth Step:
We add it by ourselves, click the Add button, pop the Add Options dialog box, and enter "male" to determine.
Fifth Step:
Repeat step 4, enter "female", and then in the Drop-down List property box you can see the men and women, click OK button.
Sixth step:
So the Drop-down selection button is made, click the arrow, you can choose sex, male or female.
