1. Create a new file, width of pixels, height of 130pixels. Resolution 72PIXEL/CM, the mode is RGB Color, the background is white. Enter the text, which uses the Arial Black font, which is 36 points in size.

2. Click Layer/rasterize/type, grid text. Use Filter/noise/add noise to add miscellaneous points to text. Setup as shown in Figure 6-2:

3. Click Filter/pixelate/crystallize to crystallize the text. The unit size is set to 28. Click Filter/stylize/glowing Edges again, the parameters are shown in Figure 6-3.

4. Executes the Select/color Range, with the parameters shown in Figure 6-4, with the color picker in the white area of the image. Then OK, click the Delete key.

6. Ctrl+u The hue/saturation panel, tick the Colorize option, and adjust the value to hue:119,saturation:28,lightness+37.

7. Again, the layer Style of the layer is called, and the hight mode of bevel and emboss is adjusted to dark red (r:167,g:7,b:7). Using the Gaussian blur filter, the range is 1pixels.

8. Click Filter/other/offset, and the value is as shown in Figure 6-8:

Load the current blood copy layer selection, select the background layer, and hide two other layers except the background layer, ctrl+u the hue/saturation panel, check the Colorize option, and adjust the value (hue:131,saturation : 25,lightness:-61), determined to adjust once again hue/sauturation, also check the Colorize option, the value is (hue:360,saturation:71,lightness:-19). Cancels the selection.

10. Click Filter/distort/glass, the value is shown in Figure 6-10:

11. Click Image/adjust/invert, or press Ctrl+i to flip the image color. Flip the canvas 90 degrees clockwise. Execute Filter/distort/wind,method for wind,direction as from the right.

14. Select the blood copy layer, perform filter/texture/texturize,texture use canvas,scaling for 100%,relif 3,light for top right, not tick direction. The final effect is shown in Figure 6-14:
