Good managers should put themselves in the role of employees/customers while actively listening, imagining the ideas of employees/customers, and recognizing the world of employees/customers, in order to understand the meaning of employees/customers correctly. Managers must be able to withstand loneliness and temptation. There is no doubt that the excitement and temptation managers will face are usually more intense. Without deep determination, the sooner or later party will be drowned by the excitement and captured by the temptation, so that the dead will not be buried. There are too many temptations around us, just like a goblin, that will always seduce us. Children will be tempted by candy, students will be tempted by games, officials will be tempted by bribes, and dieters will be tempted by food, basically, every adult will be tempted by the charm of the wind, the snow, the cake, the dollar gold, and the reputation.
