In balancing individual exercises, you can directly ask some important key questions, such as missions and meanings, values, etc. These questions are difficult to answer. After gradually thinking about the questions in practice, when you can answer these questions, you can clearly understand the direction of growth, these issues have created a blueprint for personal growth. I will share my own blueprint and show it out, which will also help build a commitment (this is also the method in this exercise ). My mission: to become an influential and happy mobile operator. My value system is summarized as a center with three pivot points. Centered on happiness, with kindness, intimacy, and honesty as the support point. My goal this year is to set up offline and online activities for Happy mobile clubs to run first. It will be more helpful to achieve the goal :)
  2. Find the implementation path and method through efficient personal exercises. For example, every Wednesday stories help me clarify the key points.
