There are several reasons why the MathType minus sign is very short:
1. The Chinese and English input method does not switch. Normally, the MathType is the default English input, the English state of the input minus is the standard format, if replaced by the Chinese may appear a minus sign, so after entering the MathType, you need to switch to the English state, press "ctrl+shift" switch can be.
