In the first nine songs, David Roback's guitar was still in the sky that used to drag smoke and fly over the ears, while william Reid (from Jesus and Mary Chain) in take everything. The dignified harmonica and some other special sound effects appear in flowers in December, bringing a little engaging atmosphere like a camping lunch in the suburbs. The voice of hope Sandoval brings out the voice of breathing at a height, as if the call of a drowned person before his death. However, this sound effect brings out the sexiness, as mysterious as the boat in the forgotten River.

Every song in the album is wonderful. However, what makes those fans who have followed the band for many years start with 9th songs, this song "umbilical" has a umbilical connection with the last album "Sweet Mary of silence" and "So tonight that I might see.

Mazzy Star's music is not suitable for sound, but even if you adjust the volume so low, hope is lazy and beautiful, with a little decadent and a little confused voice, there is still an atmosphere of separation through the eardrum, penetrating the face.

Maw.star's music style and line have been defined in the early stages of the band's formation. The construction of all the music concepts was almost completed in the first album, the two albums that followed were based on the development of some other music elements, but they did not leave the original path. I don't know whether the band's creativity is insufficient or the style is limited, or other reasons. In fact, this is also the final destination of most non-mainstream bands. After the talent determined by the combination structure is burned out at one time, it is difficult to continue, and finally it ends in disband. Artists can seek new partners to create new Sparks. The same is true for Mazzy Star. After the band was disbanded, the two main artists David Roback and hope Sandoval were still active in the music industry to prove that their music source was still flowing.
