Set ADSL no line from the completion of the mode, connected terminals can not be network, then there may be two situations:

Condition one, dial failed,WAN Port cannot get parameter

Set up an all-in-one machine ADSL no line by mode, but the WAN has not been getting the correct IP address. As shown in the following illustration:

This problem may be related to the value of PVC, user name password filling error, and service provider binding, and so on, please use the following methods to troubleshoot problems:

Line Check

Make sure the ADSL port is connected to the modem port of the separator (if the separator is not used, the telephone line is directly connected to the ADSL port), as shown in the following figure.

If the line connection is correct, but the ADSL port status indicator is not lit, please check the ADSL port wiring whether there is bad contact.

Precautions:

1, off the IPTV situation, ITV mouth equivalent to LAN2 mouth, you can connect computer use;

2, ADSL routing mode, Lan4/wan mouth equivalent to LAN4 mouth, you can connect computer use.

Confirm PVC Value

When you set the Settings Wizard, in the DSL settings, if you keep the default check to open the automatic PVC Search , you can skip this step to the next troubleshooting;

If the value of the Vpi/vci is manually configured, please contact the broadband service provider to confirm the value, if the value is not filled out correctly, it will cause the whole machine to be unable to dial the number successfully.

Confirm the network ADSL broadband account and password is correct

In the Router management interface, click on the network parameters >> wan settings , find the PPPoE entry in the list and click Edit , in the WAN Port service settings, Confirm that the password is correct for the broadband account completed.

Clone MAC Address

Connect the computer with the router LAN port which is connected to the broadband Internet before the connection (this must be via a wired connection), Login admin interface, click Network parameter >> MAC address clone , select in the Operation dropdown box PPPoE entry, click Clone , save .

When the operation is complete, observe whether the All-in-one WAN can obtain an IP address.

Note : Part-one opportunity prompts restart after reboot and click Reboot.

If it's still not working, you can save the system log for technical troubleshooting

If the problem remains unresolved after you follow the above troubleshooting, select the system Management >> System log in the admin interface, click Save Log , and save the log to your computer desktop, as shown below:

The computer is connected to the broadband Internet, send the system log to fae@mercurycom.com.cn for support, or call 400-8810-500 to seek technical support.

Case two, dial-up success, but not on the net

Set up an all-in-one machine ADSL no line by mode, WAN access to parameters, but not on the network. As shown in the following illustration:

This problem may be related to line connections, computer network card settings, router firewall settings, and so on, to troubleshoot problems as follows:

Check Connection computer Parameters

The computer needs to be set up to automatically obtain the IP address, gateway, DNS and other parameters.

If the computer has been automatically obtained by the IP address and other parameters, but get the wrong parameters, please put the computer's corresponding local or wireless connection disabled and enabled.

Check the computer firewall

The firewall function of one machine can restrict the Internet access of intranet computer, it is not necessary to enable this function. Set the method as follows:

1 , turn off parental controls

Login to the Router management interface, click on the Parental Control Settings page, make sure no check to open Parental Control , click Save . As shown in the following illustration:

2 , shut down the firewall

In the firewall >> rule Management , confirm that the firewall is not checked, click Save . As shown in the following illustration:

To do this, try opening the Web page test online.

Clone MAC Address

On some broadband lines, broadband service providers bind the computer's MAC address and need to clone the Mac of a computer that was originally available to the Internet to the router's WAN port.

Setting Method : Connect the computer connected with the broadband Internet before the LAN port of the router (this must be through a wired connection), Login admin interface, click Network parameter >> MAC address clone , In the Operation dropdown box select PPPoE Item, click Clone , save .

After the operation is complete, try to access the Internet.

Try a browser or other computer

1 , replace the browser

Replace the browser (using Firefox/firefox, Google/chrome, or other browsers) and try again, if you still can't access the internet, try to change the computer contrast test.

2 , replace the terminal contrast test

Use a different terminal wired or wireless connection router to compare the test to see if the Internet is available. If other terminals can access the Internet, it may be the problem of the terminal (you can connect to other wireless routers to confirm the Internet), if other terminals also can not access the Internet, you may try to ADSL no line by one machine reset resetting.

Detect whether the bandwidth can be used properly online

According to the above method operation, if the problem is still not resolved, please work in one machine in the bridge mode, the computer directly dial (or replace the ADSL modem sent by the broadband service provider, the computer connected to the modem dial), if the same appearance can be dialed successfully but not on the network situation, Please contact the broadband operator to solve the line problem.
If a stand-alone internet normal, in the ADSL no line from the mode still appear dial-up success on the network, you can call 400-8810-500 to seek technical support.
