EPS is a system designed specifically for these problems. Using bar code technology, the system integrates bar code acquisition terminals, bar code printers, and other hardware devices to develop a mature system.

(1) first, the materials must be uniformly encoded, followed by certain encoding rules, and pasted on the material tray to identify the hardware by bar code, including line encoding and device encoding, platform code, feeder code. And paste the barcode at the corresponding location of the device.


(2) the EPS needs to import the materials from the site table. Generally, there are two parts: the part is the BOM of the ticket ingredients (including the material code and symbol number 〕, the other part is the process BOM prepared by the process personnel. This process BOM does not contain specific material information, but only provides the position and feeder specification information of a SMT device corresponding to each symbol. The process BOM data is basically fixed for each device. Only the BOM data of ticket ingredients is changed. The BOM data of ticket ingredients is usually generated and adjusted in the ERP system, the possibility of errors is extremely small.

When switching the production model, the PC will import the site table information to the handheld terminal;
When changing materials, you also need to use a hand-held terminal for verification;
Material check is required during shift change.

D. The loading personnel put the rolling tray in the wrong place. At this time, the separation system between the loading personnel and the loading personnel should be established to supervise each other and check each other for errors; ensure that the materials are safe and reliable;
