3. Operation Check List
To execute the meteorological XML data source, you must:
* Sign up for your User ID and license key in www.weather.com/services/oap.html.
* Follow Section 2.3 to define whether your application is a WEB application or a desktop application.
* Execute a search request correctly, one and multiple results. Get a location ID and "No locations Found" information.
* Any meteorological request must contain a correct user ID, "par" request parameters, "prod" request parameters and "key" request parameters.
* Correctly judge an error document response.
* Extract the meteorological data elements and weather.com links that you want to display from the data.
* In your application you cannot confuse TWCI meteorological data with other meteorological data.
* Displays the original format of the TWCI meteorological data, unchanged, translated and other derivations.
* Request and display meteorological data only within your application. Cannot redirect and transmit meteorological data to other applications or platforms.
* Highlight a weather.com sign in the weather data. This flag must be linked to the http://www.weather.com with the correct "prod" and "par" request parameters.
* Highlight weather.com links in meteorological data. They must have the correct "prod" and "par" request parameters.
* Support data caching must look at 8.2 chapters.
* If conditions permit, your application must use the correct icon to describe the weather.
* Your application must be provided free of charge to the end-user for download and use.
