Method for VHD capacity adjustment (save original VHD)
Especially for Ramos VHDs, the way to adjust the VHD capacity:
1, in WIN7 or 7PE, right-click My computer → management → Disk Management, mount the original VHD file, and then create a new VHD file, initialize, format, mount.
2. Open the Diskgenius software, right-click on the original VHD partition → clone partition → Select the new VHD file as the target partition and start cloning.
Ramos hot Backup to a new VHD file may be because the system volume is not locked, direct copy, copy of the file is not complete and therefore there will be abnormal phenomenon, not recommended, unless the use of third-party hot backup tools.
