Tip: Because MindManager2016 is only an updated version of MINDMANAGER15, many features have not changed, hyperlinks form is still the same, so add hyperlinks in version 2016 to refer to version 15 action method.
Add a hyperlink to a new document, which is also created as a hyperlink, you can immediately add content to a new document, or you can edit it later.
Step One: Select the topic, or click on the note where you want to add a hyperlink;
Step two: In the topic Element group on the Start or Insert tab, click the hyperlink, or right-click the theme, click Add Hyperlink, or press CTRL + Shift + K;
Step three: Click the new document in the Add Hyperlink dialog box;
Step four: Enter the name of the file in the new Window name box, using the appropriate extension, such as the Word document selection. DOCX,EXCEL spreadsheet selection. xlsx. The full path shows where the document is stored and click Change to specify that it is stored in a different location. Click Edit now to switch to the appropriate application and add content to the file, or click Edit to create a blank document later;
Step five: Choose whether to store the hyperlink path as an absolute or relative path;
Step Six: Click on the option to set specific options to export the guide map to other document formats or Web pages, or to pass the link parameters to use;
Step Seven: The Document hyperlink icon appears in the theme, or (on the subject of multiple hyperlinks), the hyperlink icon drop-down menu.
