Mini tool for listening with a quiet listener: Mp3 word Mu Assistant (with download speed Voa)

Source: Internet
Author: User

From small to large, I do not know how many times I have taken the test. Most of the time I want to take the test in English. People like me who have non-standard Mandarin Pronunciation are the most worried about listening! Today, when I got online, I saw an online article titled "Understanding the essence of English", which triggered inspiration. It took me a few hours to write this little tool, it's easy for you to follow the subtitles to practice your listening skills while surfing the internet!

Basic software functions:

1. Batch download the Mp3 in the slow VOA (http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/language_tips/auvideo/audio_voa.html) in "English dianjin" and the contrast text. Prepare the lyrics in the quiet listening format.

2. You can organize other lyrics, mainly sentences. (Currently, only text with a. Clause is supported)

3. When listening to Mp3 for the first time, you have to manually edit the lyrics. For more information, see the following. After dividing the lines, the required workload is to press "F9" before each sentence starts ".

4. It is said that the sorted Mp3 and Lcr files can be copied to Mp3 and other Walkman apps. I have never tried it and have a special verification...

Appendix: understand the true English Nature of "show" for her.

"Listen to the sound of the sky, I can use it to listen to it. In fact, many people are devoted to its embrace because of the "lyrics show" function. Don't underestimate this "lyrics show". If you use it, you can solve a lot of practical problems. Let's take a look at some of its advantages.

Practice 1: Synchronous English dubbing and dialogue
To learn English, I have downloaded many MP3 files (for example, english01.mp3) and texts for dubbing of classic English movies from the Internet. How can we synchronize the dubbing with the white text? That is, when an actor says a sentence, the dialogue is displayed. This makes it easy to learn. I know that quiet listening has the ability to edit the lyrics. As long as I regard the dialogue as the lyrics, can I synchronize it with the dubbing.

Step 1: First process the white text into a line (like a lyrics), and then save it as the same file name as the dubbing MP3, but change the suffix to ". LRC "(for example, english01.lrc ).

Step 2: Start the listener and open the audio file english01.mp3. Right-click the in the window, and select "Edit lyrics" in the pop-up context menu to open the window, A row of buttons is displayed at the top of the window.

Step 3: 1. Click the OPEN button (the second icon) to open the prepared english01.lrc file in step 1, move the inserted pointer (that is, the blinking "I"-like cursor) to the beginning of the first sentence, and then click "play" (that is, the fourth icon) to start playing. When the actor starts to talk about the first sentence, click the "+" button above to add a time tag before the current statement, at the same time, the cursor will automatically jump to the beginning of the next sentence. When the actor starts to say the next sentence, click "+" again to add the corresponding time tag. Listen to the dubbing carefully and click the "+" button to add a time tag. If a misoperation occurs, place the cursor in the time tag, click "-" to delete the tag ).

Step 4: after the time label of the entire white text is added, click "save" (the third icon) to save the edited white text. Then, click the "back" button (the first icon) to return to the lyrics show window, and then play the MP3 dubbing again, you can see that the edited white text is displayed along with the playing of the dubbing.
Step 5: copy the MP3 dubbing file and the corresponding LRC file to the MP3 player, so that you can listen to English anytime and anywhere to learn more conveniently.

Practice 2: corrected the garbled characters displayed in the MP3 player
In the previous example, we made an English movie MP3 with text display. However, sometimes you may find garbled characters in text display, this is probably because the white text contains illegal characters that the MP3 player cannot display. When you listen to the song, you can also encounter this kind of situation. Compared with the previous time, the pen downloads a novel and a corresponding lyrics from the Internet. Everything works normally when you play the video with a pause on your computer. When you copy the video to an MP3 player, there will always be garbled characters in the middle of the lyrics. Later, I checked carefully. The original lyrics contain some traditional Chinese characters (for example, "Open Eyes" are changed to "Open Eyes"), and my MP3 player may not support traditional Chinese characters.
In fact, we know that the LRC lyrics are actually text files (only with different extensions), so I opened "life as a summer flower" in my notebook. the lrc file (see figure 2) is changed to simplified and saved to the MP3 player. The problem is solved.

Practice 3: Root-Searching: Where are the lyrics hidden?
After we download and install the "quiet listen", it will automatically download the lyrics of the song being played from the lyrics server. Some beginners cannot find the location where the lyrics files are stored. In fact, by default, the Lyrics are saved in the "X: \ Program Files \ TTPlayer \ Lyrics" folder (X is the drive letter of the installation of the static listening Program ), most of them are like "singers-song names. lrc file.
If you like to save the lyrics and songs to the same folder, you can right-click and listen to the title bar, and choose "thousands of Options" from the context menu to open the option dialog box, select "Search for lyrics" on the left side, and then select "save to the folder where the song is located" on the right side (see figure 3 ).

TIPS: Look into the true LRC lyrics
Multiple "[*: *]" signs in the LRC lyrics are generally called tags. The tags of LRC lyrics are divided into ID-tags) and Time-tag )".
The format of the tag is "[Tag Name: value]". The typical format is (tags do not need to be sorted ):
[Ar: artist name]
[Ti: Qu name]
[By: Editor (the person who edits the LRC lyrics)]
The basic format of the time tag is "[mm: SS]" or "[mm: Ss. fff] ", mm refers to the number of minutes, SS refers to the number of seconds, fff refers to milliseconds (1000 milliseconds equals 1 second ). Based on the time tag, the lyrics are highlighted in sequence during the playback of the listener, thus implementing functions similar to karaoke.
