'Mksdcard.exe 'is missing from the SDK Tools Folder.

Today, I got a new version. I wanted to install and configure an android development environment. As a result, all the items have been installed and configured. in AVD manager, when newwas a new avd, the problem 'mksdcard.exe 'is missing from the SDK Tools Folder was found.

So the ferry began, no solution. Decompress and copy to the official SDK working directory, and then operate in AVD Manager. The file is created successfully!

I think that I did not actively delete the 'mksdcard.exe 'file in the sdktoolsdirectory. How did I lose this file... Amazing. But it finally solved the problem.
