No programming, no complex operations, only Excel online app can make a beautiful on-line questionnaire, and can automatically summarize the results.
1, visit the Office online website. in order to maximize normal access, my experience is to open Office online from outlook.com for more insurance.
2, open Excel app.
Excel app has a welcome interface similar to Excel 2013, you can create a new table with various templates, or you can open a recently used table.
Note: Although similar to the 2013 interface, the function can vary too far. But the basic function is quite complete, some functions, 2013 not necessarily have.
3, new survey.
Create a new blank form that you can see on the Start tab--> The table Group with a survey button. Click the button--> new survey , pop-up editor of the Survey wizard window, we can start to prepare the questionnaire.
4, design, input questionnaires.
Enter the survey title, and then enter the question one by one. Each question consists of a question , a question subtitle , a response type , a required (whether required), and a default answer , where the response type includes text , Paragraph text , number , date , time , Yes/no , choice , etc., can be said to cover almost all of the online survey problem type of nearly all needs.
Note: After the questionnaire design was completed, Excel Online automatically generated a questionnaire with the title bar of questionnaires, waiting for the results of the questionnaire.
5, publish the survey link.
Click on the questionnaire to write a shared survey of the page and pop up the wizard to create a survey share link. After the survey link is created, copy the link, publish it via Web pages, mail, social tools, and so on, and any person who opens the link can submit the answer. That is, it can be done anonymously, without logging in, which facilitates a wide range of investigations.
6, the Anonymous user submits the answer sheet.
This step uses another browser to open the survey share link generated in the 5th step without logging in, and the answer, submit, is very smooth.
7,Excel Online automatic summary survey results.
Whenever a user submits an answer sheet, the questionnaire generated in step 4th automatically adds a row that is the content of the questionnaire that the user has just submitted. When the survey is over, you can export xlsx to this machine, you can also continue to stay online, using Excel's powerful data analysis capabilities, how to analyze the results of the survey will do.
Note: In view of the ease with which Office Online is accessible in the country, it is unrealistic to use the Excel app to conduct a formal investigation, just hoping that domestic software will provide similar functionality as soon as possible.
