If the START key value on the right is 3, the USB storage device is enabled. To use this function, you can disable or enable the USB storage device to export the file to a different registry file: Right-click the USB stor entry and select export to Enable USB. Reg. Next, change the value of start to 4, back up the start sub-key as described above, and save it as USB. Reg.
