So you need to find

The $ Resources read by SiteSettings. xml is
C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/12/Resources/core. The zh-CN.resx should only apply to the Chinese version, open this file with VS2005, add a resource namedZw, Value:Zhang Wei

Change SiteSettings. xml to the corresponding value.
