The MT7687 is a highly integrated monolithic chip that provides application processors, low power 1T1R 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, subsystems, and power management units. The application processor subsystem contains an arm cortex-m4 with a floating-point unit. It also supports a range of interfaces, including Uart,i2c,spi,i2s,pwm,irda and auxiliary ADCs. It includes an embedded sram/rom.
