Example:To copy and print the paper, the machine screen displays the prompt "paper jam or paper missing, open the door and close the door ".

 

Original cause:

1.Paper Jam occurs in the paper feed area.

  2.The paper disk contains no paper.

 

The solution is as follows:

 

1. Check whether the paper board is in jam.

 

1.If half of the paper on the tray is stuck, open and close the front door first to see if the paper exits automatically.

 

2.If you do not exit, manually pull the stuck paper out.

 

 

2. Check the paper disk placement.

 

1.Open the paper disk, and then adjust the size of the paper disk according to the size of the loaded media.

 

 

2.Before loading the paper, bend or slice the paper to separate it.

 

 

3.Place the print area of the paper upward.

 

 

4.Hold the width guide plate of the paper and slide it so that it can touch the edge of the paper stack, but it will not bend the paper stack.
