My PBC plan

1. Improve communication skills. In the past few months, I have been deeply impressed with my lack of communication skills. I plan to improve my communication skills through the following aspects:

(1) fully learn from colleagues, such as morning meetings, emails, requirement clarification, and brainstorming. These are not only the processes of learning technology and business, I also need to learn other people's expressions and skills during this period.

(2) Improve yourself by reading more books that change the weakness. The books I plan to read, such as the weakness of human nature and the sheepskin roll.

(3) Improve voice and speed down speech. Basically, this is because I feel that I am not able to do things well. I need to do this well while doing things well.

2. Improve the technical and business demand analysis capabilities so that you can work independently. At the same time, I am familiar with the company and learn from my colleagues to plan my own growth plan.

(1) continue to learn C ++/C, database and Unix knowledge with time;

(2) Learn to familiarize yourself with the business and analysis requirements, so that you can clearly determine which tasks are in our interface group.

Development Plan:

Plan your own development, familiarize yourself with the company's development, and integrate your development into the company's development;

By familiarizing yourself with the company and learning from colleagues, you can plan your own growth plan.

In this interview, Chen Gong and I mainly talked about the development plan of the PBC in the third quarter. We mainly talked about the following points:

1. How to improve my technical capabilities, such as continuing to learn C ++ and database knowledge, Chen Gong also suggested to learn more about UNIX and the background principles of processes and SMS platforms in the future.

2. improve my ability to grasp business needs. For example, when a demand comes down, we need to clarify what the group is responsible for. Chen said we cannot be familiar with all the businesses, therefore, we must first determine which jobs belong to us and do our jobs well.

3. improve my expression skills. I still have poor expressions and low voices. Chen Gong suggested that I change my expression ability by learning from others and observing what others say and how to express them.

In addition to the main points, Chen Gong also talked about the general development path of the two roads of technology and management. Through the improvement of these aspects, I want to analyze and process my own business needs and complete my work independently!
