For new students, there is nothing more tempting than higher salaries. Therefore, the policy at this time is correct.

However, over two years of employees are gradually familiar with the company's environment and projects. At this time, we will begin to consider the next development. If it cannot provide good development space. At this time, if the outside world has a suitable opportunity, someone will leave the company.

This is a big vulnerability in our company.

How can we block this vulnerability. This is a topic of group effort and policy.

I provide my own ideas.

1. provide more opportunities for service Handover

Many of the people I know have gone to Japan since our company resigned. If the company can provide the opportunity to turn to work, it will attract these people to stay. Rather than looking outside, it is better to achieve the company's shift to diligence standards.

I know that the company has previously had requirements for the transfer of work, for example, through the Japanese company level 2, at the company for more than a year, but these things are done, till now there is no one who turns to work hard. Maybe it's a financial crisis, maybe no one has done this well.

2. Provide more external training opportunities

Provide external training opportunities, which can reflect that enterprises are very interested in you and cultivate you. You can also sign a service period with employees. The company also keeps its employees as their skills grow and serve the company.

Taking me as an example, there are now ISO9001 training, ITIL training, QCC training, quality manager training, and too many trainings on quality, which are a good improvement for quality management personnel, in the Quality Assurance Department, I have to think about my own development path frequently in addition to the definition of cmme. I learned some things by myself, and some I spent money on training. If the company considers it for me, send me some training courses, and sign a certain service period with me, it shows that the company is willing to train me, and what I learned is to serve the company, 3. It allows me to work more stably in the company.

This is just taking me as an example. The same applies to developers, designers, and project managers.

3. the layoff method is incorrect.

As long as it is a long-term development company, there will be recruitment and layoffs. This is normal. But obviously our company is not considering the practice of downsizing.

A laid-off employee and a resigned employee both have a lot of dissatisfaction with the company. He will talk about it everywhere with such dissatisfaction. What do people think when they hear it. This impact is terrible.

Will the next person be me? No one is afraid. Even if it is cut, other companies generally have some compensation, and the above people will have dinner, minimizing the impact. However, our company is the opposite. No compensation or thanks from the leaders. And drive people away. This is not just the case for me, but for many people.

4. Problems with the Cadre System

The current company's team leaders, even directors and ministers, are working on projects to promote the team. But are these people doing management? How to motivate team members, how to help team members answer questions, how to build a team, how to talk to team members .......

We still need to solve some problems based on our own experience. Experience is good, experience is little, it is to bury a time bomb for the company, do not know how many people he delayed.

5. Problems with the evaluation system

Everyone hopes to see their own efforts above. Currently, the company has a relatively small number of projects, but they can have more awards, quarterly commendation conferences, semi-annual commendation conferences, more gimmicks, and more hats, nobody does not like it.

After a year of hard work, there are no excellent employees, and the mid-year assessment is average, and the quarterly assessment is average. I don't know where I am, so who will continue.

6. Take advantage of the employee's spare time

As Minister Guo is engaged in an activity, I also thought about it. I don't want to talk about it here. I hope the company can support Minister Guo for a long period of time and may not see any benefits. But I think it is a good practice to stick to it.
