Shortly after my recent work, I studied the use of collection software and work hours under my boss's arrangement, so I set foot on the road of collection. I thought I had learned it for at most two days, however, I always feel like I am going to understand something, and then I find that I don't understand it in the process of using it again, and I am not careful with reading the manual, after reading a lot of things, I was blinded and thought I could not learn it. After work, I took a closer look and found that it was so simple, why do simple questions always come when I get off work overtime. After four days of research on such a collection software, I was confused. I was so embarrassed to face my boss that I did not read it, nor did I not want to learn it myself, however, in the course of learning, we will not make good use of time. There is no good way to learn a new thing.

On the evening of the fourth day, I decided to take the quilt to the company to win the problem. I knew that night I would definitely do it. So when I arrived at the company, I started to analyze it calmly, when I read the manual, I was scared when I saw the problem I encountered. I thought I wouldn't. After searching for information, I found that there was no solution and there was no solution. I only read the manual, the solution was found in the Manual, but I did not see it. In this way, I used the most stupid method to solve the problem. In fact, on the first day, I know the most stupid method, because I feel that I will use the best method to do it, but I still use the most stupid method in the end. It can be seen that programming is not easy-looking.

From this overtime, I analyzed that I used to stay up late tonight to solve the problem. Most of them were not thinking carefully during the day. Instead, I told myself that I could not solve the problem and found that I had solved it quickly. I don't know if anyone has ever encountered this. I was proud to tell others that my life is programming, my work is programming. When I worked overtime, I thought deeply, I found that I spent more time than others, and finally I had not achieved the results of others, because I thought I could not do it at work. Can I solve it after work, because I have time, it is precisely this idea that makes me lose an efficient solution to a problem, so I am afraid that the leaders will suddenly give me a problem, because I am used to dealing with a problem twice as much time as others.

I don't know whether you often work overtime or not. Many of my colleagues don't go home after working overtime for several days. Some companies do not work overtime at all. Now I am not in favor of working overtime at the company. Overtime in the company will allow employees to put a lot of work during overtime, but on the contrary, it will reduce their efficiency. Through this study, the company's tasks must be time-based, complete the problem without working overtime.

I am a technical enthusiast. I hope to get more technologies through overtime, but I do not want to reduce my efficiency while working overtime, let the previous work be done after work. Programmers, improve our efficiency...
