Step One Import Project

   If you are using a green version, open the program directory, locate and double-click the main program Eclipse.exe, where you can start the Eclipse Green version as an example:

    In the "Select" Step, expand the "General" directory, pop up sub-directories, select "Existing Projects into Workspace" option, such as;

    Then click on the "Next" button in the "Import" dialog to switch to the "Import Projects" step:

    The Browse for folder window pops up. In the Browse for folder window that pops up, select the folder where the item is located, and then click OK to return to the Import window:

Step two export the project

1. In the MyEclipse window, click the File menu in the menu bar, and then select the Export command from the pop-up menu:
