MyEclipse6.5 three ways to install the SVN plugin

First, installation method:

Method One, if the Internet can be installed online

1. Open MyEclipse, select Help→software updates→find and Install in the menu bar;

2. Select search for new features to install, click Next to go to the next step;

3. Click the "New Remote Site" button and enter it in the dialog box that pops up:

Name:svn

url:http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.4.x

Click OK, close the dialog box, and click the Finish button, MyEclipse automatically download the plugin installation program;

4. After downloading the plugin, go to the installation screen.

5. Select the SVN plugin content you want to install, remove the second option Subclipse integrations, click Next;

6. Select "I accept the terms in the license Agreements" and click Next until you click Finish to proceed to the next step.

7. Start installing the SVN plugin and restart MyEclipse after the installation is complete.

Method Two, unable to connect the network situation

1. Download the SVN plugin

2. Create a new folder under Plug_in (C:Program filesmyeclipse 6.5eclipseplugins) under the installation path of MyEclipse 6.5: site-1.6.5;

3. Open MyEclipse 6.5, select Help→software Updates→find and Install in the menu bar;

1. Download Site-1.6.5.zip from official website

1. Submission of the project

3. Operation Engineering

3.1 Synchronization

3.2 Submit

4.3 Gray to the right and a plus arrow in the middle: a file that's more local than SVN

4.4 Blue left and a plus arrow in the middle: files that are more than Local on SVN

4.5 Gray to the right with a minus arrow in the middle: deleted locally, and files not deleted on SVN

4.6 arrows with blue left and a minus sign in the middle: SVN deleted, and files not deleted locally

4.7 Red bi-directional arrows: Files modified on SVN and locally modified

5. Some error messages I have encountered

5.1 "Svnserve.conf:12:option expected" error occurs next to the 3.2-step input URL (svn://127.0.0.1) point mentioned above

You open the svnserve.conf file in the 12th line, the error is due to the front of the line caused by a space, the left to remove the extra space can be;

5.2 "Svn://127.0.0.1/svn_prj non-existent in Revision ' 7 '" error occurs next to the 3.2-step input URL (svn://127.0.0.1/svn_prj) point mentioned above

The URL is wrong, you should enter svn://127.0.0.1
