To:com.android.ide.eclipse.adt.feature.group 0.0.0
Method One:
- First off MyEclipse
- Download the latest ADT on the Web http://developer.android.com/sdk/eclipse-adt.html
Unzip this compressed file
- Features plugins two folders
- Copy to the Dropins folder in the MyEclipse installation directory
Starting MyEclipse will let you choose the path to the SDK (preferably install the SDK in advance)
- Then choose the Android directory we have installed: C:\ANDROID\ANDROID-SDK
Method Two:
- Mount the ADT folder into the Dropins folder in the MyEclipse 8.6 installation directory.
- Do not rush to start myeclipse, and then we want to enter and dropins the same configuration folder, delete org.eclipse.update folder.
This step is important!
- Enter MyEclipse to select ADT.
- In earlier versions, we covered the plugins and features in MyEclipse's own folder, while the 8.x version did not accept the way it was overwritten. However, it provides a dropins folder to store custom plugins.
And the key to remove Org.eclipse.update is the way MyEclipse connect to the Internet to update our custom plugins, and once we check for updates our custom plugins will expire.
Windows-preference-android-cannot point to the installed SDK and report the above error. Only the SDK that points to ADT succeeds.
