dizzy. the compatibility between the latest version of palib and devkitarm release21 is incorrect. You can use devkit arm release 20 instead of devkitarm release21. In http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php? Group_id = 114505 & package_id = 124207 & release_id = 481692 can be downloaded to devkit arm release 20. After downloading devkit arm release 20, unzip it to the installation directory of devkitpro and overwrite the original/devkitpro/devkitarm.
